How and when do I get paid? +
Net-5 from photo-verified completion. Finish the job, upload your photos, our checker walks it, and payment lands within 5 days. No chasing homeowners for final checks, ever.
Can I turn down jobs? +
Any time, for any reason, with no penalty. You set your trades, counties, and weekly capacity — we only offer work inside those lines, and you're free to pass when you're booked.
What do I need to qualify? +
A real business: Florida licensing and insurance where your trade requires it (roofing especially), general liability, workers' comp or a valid exemption, references we can verify, and the crew and equipment to finish what you accept.
